Our primary goal is to offer adult smokers a safer, more affordable smoking alternative. To this end and in addition to packaging and flavour changes, we’re implementing strict age verification protocols for our retailers and e-tailers. We will no longer do business with those who do not comply with this requirement.

Please note, you are not required to outline your specific measures, simply confirm that you operate age verification as a responsible retailer. We need this completed by 31st Jan 2024 to avoid any disruption to supply.
