15.04.2020 - Delivery Delays

Due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 days.

This is due to reduced staff levels and an increase in parcels through our courier networks.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

02.04.2020 - Collection Service Stopped

We regret to inform you that our collection service is temporarily suspended due to the Coronavirus.

Regular deliveries are still operating as normal.

26.03.2020 - Fully Operational

Supreme, VapeNation and  Provider Cash and Carry are still operating as normal.

From today, our offices will be closed and office based staff will be working from home. You can still contact all employees on their usual telephone number and email.

Our warehouse remains open as usual, with the necessary health and safety precautions put in place to prevent the spread of the virus.

We aim to get all orders out within our usual timely manner, but please note that some carriers may be experiencing delays due to an increased volume of orders within their networks.

24.03.2020 - Essential Services

In light of last night’s government announcement, we can confirm that Supreme, inclusive of VapeNation, the Sports Nutrition Sector, Online Sector and Provider Cash & Carry, are all classed as essential services.

All sectors of the business either supply or manufacture essential items, both food and non-food, to food retailers and wholesalers. We also have government contracts that include nicotine replacement products to HMP.

This means that our manufacturing, fulfilment and distribution services will remain as normal*, with the majority of office staff working from home.

All emails and phone lines are still being monitored should you need to get hold of anyone.


*Note there may be some disruption or delays with carriers beyond our control.

18.03.2020 - Changes to Collection Service

We would like to inform all customers of temporary changes to our collection service.

All customers who collect their orders from us will still be able to do so, but with limited contact with staff. When you arrive on site, please report to the security hut where your collection reference will be taken. The order will then be collected on your behalf and put in to your vehicle.

Please ensure you follow all instructions upon your arrival.

17.03.2020 - Working from Home

As per new government guidelines, all members of staff that are able to work from home will be doing so from today.

We will be operating a rotational skeleton staff in the offices, but will be fully operational in our warehouse and manufacturing facilities to ensure we still provide the same level of service you expect as loyal customers to our business.

All phone lines will be redirected as appropriate.
